Due to the nature of this research project this roadmap cannot be used directly to perform the transition. Moreover it represents a starting point for future research projects to ensure success in field tests and make the integration of a decentralized control approach more smoothly. Overview English Deutsch Initiated by the energy transition, it is anticipated that the current centrally controlled power supply system is transformed through additional distributed intelligence towards a decentralized controlled infrastructure. The presented Transition Roadmap shows the necessary implementations of how the current central control systems can evolve with detailed research, development, and demonstration activities through a parallel operation mode towards the realization of an increasingly larger-area distributed multi-agent-based control system. Es ist vorhersehbar, dass durch die Energiewende sich die Stromversorgung der kommenden Jahr-zehnte von einer derzeit zentral gesteuerten Stro-minfrastruktur über eine Infrastruktur mit zusätzli-cher verteilter Intelligenz hin zu einem stark dezent-ral gesteuerten System entwickelt. Die vorgelegte Transition Roadmap zeigt auf, wie die derzeitigen zentralen Kontrollsysteme durch detaillierte For-schung und Entwicklung und Demonstrations-Aktivitäten sich inhaltlich in einem Parallelbetrieb hin zu einem immer großflächigeren dezentralen Multi-Agenten basierten Kontrollsystem umgesetzt werden kann. A 3.6-kb EcoRI fragment containing the ntrA gene of Agrobacterium tumefaciens was cloned by using the homologous ntrA gene of Rhizobium meliloti as a probe.
